Dr. Lauren Hendren - Veterinarian

Dr. Lauren Hendren is originally from Lexington, Kentucky, and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine.

In over a decade of practice, Dr. Hendren has come to love challenging surgical procedures, abdominal ultrasound, dentistry, dermatology (especially ears), and internal medicine. She is passionate about wellness care for dogs and cats and feels her calling is to keep the human-animal bond vibrant, strong, and healthy.

Interesting facts about Dr. Hendren include her former career as a musical theater actress, her undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Communication from Northwestern University, and her love of reading.

She and her husband, Jeff have been proud Charlotte residents since 2014. They have two fantastic children and one sweet old Chihuahua, Pippin.
